Abstract/Media

Viscosity solution methods are very strongly based upon, and therefore seemingly limited to, maximum principle methods. It is therefore useful to try to augment these techniques with integration-by-parts and other procedures.

I will discuss how to do this for (1) Hamilton-Jacobi equations with nonconvex Hamiltonians and
(2) the infinity Laplacian equation.
