Abstract/Media

About joint work with Randy McCarthy) For a unital ring R and simplicial R-bimodule M, I will explain the construction of the invariants W_n(R;M) and W(R;M), "Witt vectors with coefficients". These form the Goodwillie Taylor tower of the algebraic K-theory of parametrized endomorphisms, and I will give a brief explanation of the proof.
