I will old work with David Nadler and new work with Nadler, David Helm and Anatoly Preygel proposing a conjectural lifting of the local Langlands parametrization to a description of derived categories of Harish Chandra modules for real groups and unipotent smooth representations for p-adic groups as categories of sheaves on stacks of Langlands parameters.
