Abstract/Media

Since 1940, Mathematical Reviews has provided a guide to the mathematical literature. That literature has shown consistent exponential growth making such a guide even more important than 75 years ago. In its current form, as MathSciNet, it competes with a variety of other guides: Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Web of Science, Scopus, and a variety of discovery services. I will give some information about the literature, about MathSciNet (including some tips), and discuss important questions for its future. I strongly encourage questions from the audience. I want to know what you think the strengths and weaknesses of MathSciNet are. What are features that you would like to see added? What things would you like to see changed?
