Abstract/Media

This is a report on the joint work with Jason Green. We prove that representations of the braid groups coming from weakly group-theoretical braided fusion categories have finite images. This extends a result of Etingof, Rowell, and Witherspoon from 2007. The proof uses some invariants of graded categories that are interesting in their own right.
