We use the Neretin Polynomials to define a representation of the Virasoro algebra into the Lie algebra of differential operators on $M$, where $M$ is Kirillov's space of univalent functions on the disk. If there is a measure $\mu$ on $M$ which makes this representation unitary, then the Neretin polynomials are orthogonal in $L^2(M, \mu)$.
