Abstract/Media

This talk will be a trip in the Way Back machine to revisit my Ph.D. thesis. We will first briefly sketch the proof that topologically tame implies geometrically tame (which is obsolete now but still contains a useful trick). We will then show that Ahlfors' Measure Conjecture holds for topologically tame hyperbolic 3-manifolds and characterize when the geodesic flow of a topologically tame hyperbolic 3-manifold is ergodic.
