Abstract Recently Tom Hou and Guo Luo suggested a new scenario for 3d incompressible Euler equation blow-up. The potential blow-up happens at the boundary. The example is related to classical secondary flows and motivated recent progress on the problem of the double exponential growth in 2d incompressible Euler. Joint work with A. Kiselev
