Some classical problems ask for bounds on directional operators, such as the directional Hilbert transform, under Lipschitz assumptions on the vector field. In recent work in progress with DiPlinio, Guo, Zorin-Kranich progress was made in understanding how the Lipschitz assumption may be used. A number of corollaries will be discussed, such as improving an old conditional result bi Lacey Li for the directional Hilbert transform for vector fields in derivative-Hölder class to the analogue conditional result for vector fields in mere Lipschitz class.
