We study limiting distribution of statistics $\sum_{1\leq i\neq j\leq N} f(L_N(\theta_i-\theta_j))$ for Circular Beta Ensembles in the local ($L_N=N$), mesoscopic ($1<<L_N<<N$) and global ($L_N=1$) regimes. This is a joint work with Ander Aguirre and Josh Sumpter.
