We study the behavior under GromovHausdorff convergence of the spectrum of weighted $¥overline{¥partial}$Laplacian on compact K¥"ahler manifolds.
This situation typically occurs for a sequence of Fano manifolds with the anticanonical K¥"ahler class. This talk is based on a joint work with S. Honda and S. Saito
